My Special Wedding Day Services
The day you've been dreaming about all your life is here. After dedicating so much time fantasizing about your big day, you want every aspect of your special wedding day to be perfect. You cannot afford to leave the executionof the details to chance. You are the bride and should be carrying a bouquet not a cell phone or a clipboard.
You will need someone that will be responsible for putting all the elements and details in place on your special wedding day.
What can My Special Wedding Day coordinators do for me?
The list is long but here are a few of the duties you can expect from us:
- Help you create the type of wedding you want. With our knowledge you'll be able to pick your venue, vendors, color scheme, theme, music, etc.
- Help you create a budget sheet and keep track of where your money is going and how much is still owing.
- Help keep you on your budget and not go over ... too much!
- Suggest vendors that fit your budget and ideas.
- Make a wedding planning schedule so that you know what you've already done and what still needs to be done.
- Save you money in most cases because of our connection to the industry.
- Take care of any emergencies that arise.

To help you with your planning, we will meet with you face-to-face at a one-time meeting (2 hours max), where we will discuss ideas and strategies that will make your wedding day uniquely your own. The fee for this service is $75.00. If you decide to hire us and sign our contract, this fee will be waived.
Our full wedding service package will allow you to relax and enjoy the entire planning process of the wedding. With your guidance, we will manage every aspect of your special wedding day; no detail will be overlooked. This service is billed as a complete project with a maximum of 50 hours. The production fee varies depending on the complexity of the project.
Includes
- Provide list of unique wedding venues
- Provide a detailed budget
- Prepare Wedding Day Schedule
- Prepare a planning timeline
- Assist with the selection of professional vendors and services (e.g marriage license, minister, etc.)
- Create a personal wedding checklist
- Complete final balance due for all expenses
- Provide recommendations and or suggestions (e.g. creative ideas & etiquette, etc.
- Coordinate rehearsal, supervise and orchestrate activities
- Execute wedding day activities according to rehearsal
- Assist with out-of-town guests, negotiate group rates at nearby hotels
- Plan and coordinate transportation for you and your guests
- Coordinate and oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
- Advise on selection of music for Wedding Ceremony
- Take care of any issues as they arise and generally make sure that things are running smoothly and on time
- Prepare ceremony site
- Oversee reception site set up and decor
- Place and arrange additional items provided by bride
- Coordinate with Photographer/Videographer
- Oversee transfer of flowers and decorations from ceremony to reception.
- Assist MC with Grand Entrance
- Prepare for cake cutting ceremony
- Organize Father-daughter/Mother-son dance; Money dance; Bouquet- garter toss;
- Be firm in maintaining time schedule of Wedding Day to prevent unpleasant surprises (most sites charge for additional time)
- Maintain order during the reception to prevent complaints and or damages to the site
- Gather all items, gifts, left over cake/food and securely pack in designated vehicle for transportation
- Confirm and discuss with site manager the condition of how the location was left to protect bride/grooms liability
- Confirm rental pick ups

For the confident bride who has planned it all and has the utmost trust in her vendors, My Special Wedding Day staff will carry out the duties based upon the bride's planning and preparation (set hours).
